GLUCOSE: 110
A1C: 6.1
TRIGLYCERIDES: 70
TOTAL CHOLESTEROL: 249
HDL: 84
LDL: 151
Contrast those with the past 4 test results here. Not bad eh? Oh yeah - I stopped taking Metformin as well due to concerns with B-vitamin absorption. Nothing more than ~6 units of Novalin and ~10 units of Lantus per day. And I eat LOTS of carbs.
So how did I do it?
