I would typically go crazy only eating 3 meals, but today it didn't bother me at all. I didn't find myself with ravenous hunger during the large time between meals like I normally would. Though I have been trying this HED thing for about a week now and have already gained 3 pounds and lost .5-1% bodyfat; leaving me currently at 189lbs. and 13.5% bodyfat measured by bioimpedance. Overall feeling and energy levels are up, and bowel movements have returned to normal(YAY!). Though it's hard for me to determine how much of those things are contributed to soley by HED and not starting on insulin. Probably a little of both.

My averages over the previous week are:

Calories: 3700

  • Fat: 226g
  • Carb: 182g
  • Protein: 240g
