Do you have your stats in graph form, if so it would be great if you could include a graph in your blog (it makes assessing the trend easier).
ReplyDeleteDon't wanting to mess with your HED, but if you don't get the results you want I remember some research in Barry Grove's Eat Fat Get Thin which showed that a protein rich breakfast affected post-prandial lunch blood sugars. You may want to try upping the protein and reducing the carbs at breakfast.
I am logging everything I eat @ fitday.com, and I am keeping an excel spreadsheet detailing the times I ate and/or took medication of any kind. But you need both to put the whole picture together. I would be more than happy to upload either/both of those here if someone could give me a little guidance on how to.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the suggestion; if this doesn't work out I am basically forced to start lowering the carb intake, at least slightly anyway.
...forgot to say the excel sheet also contains the 1 and 2 hour corresponding post-prandials for all meals.
