ReplyDelete..yeah it might have even been a little more. Was hard to translate the chicken cordon blue from how it was prepared to what is in the fitday database. I probably over did it on that; but I hadn't had it in years and it was surprisingly good considering it was in our employee dining area(a very rare occurance). I am dumbfounded that the people that prepare the food have graduated from culinary school and are involved in making food for the #1 City Club in the country.
