- 12 oz. tomato
- 3 oz. red potatoes
- ~16 oz. cauliflower
- ~12 oz. broccoli
- ~1 oz. green beans

  1. Wow. Hitting reasonable blood sugar targets with 170 grams of carbs, including potatoes, and only 2 units of novalin. That's my boy!

  2. ..yeah it might have even been a little more. Was hard to translate the chicken cordon blue from how it was prepared to what is in the fitday database. I probably over did it on that; but I hadn't had it in years and it was surprisingly good considering it was in our employee dining area(a very rare occurance). I am dumbfounded that the people that prepare the food have graduated from culinary school and are involved in making food for the #1 City Club in the country.
